Definitely! The class will always be adjusted to who shows up and the level of each of the participants.
Please be sure to wear durable athletic clothes and shoes. Beyond this, all equipment will be provided by the gym or your instructor.

This class is suitable for ages 13+
While the gym doesn’t offer an advanced version of this class, Dani is happy to work with individuals on a 1:1 basis to challenge them in new ways and help them reach their individual fitness goals.
