I am a group fitness instructor focused specializing in POUND! I have been a POUND Pro for two years, and love letting loose and rocking out. My classes are come as you are, great for Every BODY and everybody. I love to connect with my classes, motivate and energize them in a way that makes it fun to come back! I received my B.S. in Food Science from the Ohio State University.

Definitely! The class will always be adjusted to who shows up and the level of each of the participants.

Please be sure to wear athletic clothes and shoes. Beyond this, all equipment will be provided by the gym or your instructor. 

All of our classes are part of the basic membership. This includes your FREE 7 day trial!

This class is suitable for ages 16+

While the gym doesn’t offer an advanced version of this class, we do offer POUND & POUR on Friday evenings – a class that concludes with a beer for all participants (21+). And that, is a step up, in our opinions 😉
