Happy Hour meets cardio!

Enjoy all the same heart pumping, energizing and sweat-dripping fun as Pound with a Friday night twist. All participants age 21 and older (must show ID), will be given a free beer at the conclusion of Pound. Start your weekend off right with a cardio jam session and beer!

I am a group fitness instructor focused specializing in POUND! I have been a POUND Pro for two years, and love letting loose and rocking out. My classes are come as you are, great for Every BODY and everybody. I love to connect with my classes, motivate and energize them in a way that makes it fun to come back! I received my B.S. in Food Science from the Ohio State University.

Definitely! The class will always be adjusted to who shows up and the level of each of the participants.

Please be sure to wear athletic clothes and shoes. Beyond this, all equipment will be provided by the gym or your instructor.
