Hit the Slopes

Skiers and riders alike will gain confidence, increase endurance, and decrease the likelihood of a season ending injury through Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness’ pre-season ski and snowboard workout class. With an emphasis on strength training for skiing and snowboarding, cardio endurance and ski and ride specific workouts this class will shred even the gnarliest of riders.

FAQ's:

This class is for anyone who wants to improve their physical strength and endurance as it relates specifically to snow sports. The class will always be adjusted to who shows up and the level of each of the participants.

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes that can move with you freely. Beyond this, all equipment will be provided by the gym or your instructor. 

All of our classes are part of the basic membership. This includes your FREE 7 day trial!

This class is suitable for ages 16+

While the gym doesn’t offer an advanced version of this class, Any of your instructors are happy to work with individuals on a 1:1 basis to challenge them in new ways and help them reach their individual fitness goals.
