Stimulate your heart, muscles and sole through explosive full body movements followed by short rest periods. This dynamic class is organized into circuits chosen by the instructor to challenge your endurance, strength and will through bodyweight movements.

Shelby Hawkins
Shelby has a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky and is an ACE certified personal trainer. She’s been personal training and teaching group fitness classes since 2015.
“Most of my initial fitness experience comes from years of playing competitive sports so I like to incorporate athletic conditioning such as strength training, power, and agility work into my workouts.” – Shelby
While the gym doesn’t offer an advanced version of this class, Shelby is happy to work with individuals on a 1:1 basis to challenge them in new ways and help them reach their individual fitness goals.
