CLIENTS, MEMBERS, TRAINERS AND STAFF:
We understand that many of you are anxious to get back into the gym and are trying to dissect the myriad of guidance, news and misinformation regarding when the gym may be allowed to resume operations.
Currently, we are still adhering to the public-health order closing the gym until April 30th. If that is extinguished, we would like to resume business as soon as possible. We will require at least one day if not two to ensure the gym is fully sanitized and the staff trained on new procedures being implemented.
What it looks like when we open, nobody knows yet. If we are only allowed to open for personal training, we will create a shared schedule to limit the number of people in the gym for the immediate future. Nick and I have considered other strategies as well to continue social distancing once the gym has reopened. Based on news reports from Tuesday, April 21st, Governor Polis hopes to provide more guidance for the reopening of the Colorado economy prior to the stay-at-home order expiring.
Be advised, nobody is more anxious for the gym to reopen than Nick and I. However, we will not reopen the gym until we have full legal standing to do so. At which time we will resume operations based on the most recent state and local guidelines with member, trainer and staff health being the top priority.
We would like to extend our appreciation for your patience and genuine support thus far. It is because of you that we are still standing. Our efforts are maximized to continue providing exceptional value to best of our abilities.
Additionally, we would love to invite you to be a contributor regarding our status. We have posted a link on our media page. If you feel moved to help, please sign, and share. For any questions, please respond to this email. We are always happy serving you.
Please continue to watch for additional communication regarding when the gym may open and what steps Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness will be taking to help safeguard your health.
