Regardless of how clean the gym is, being around too many people is probably your biggest concern. Using Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness’ online reservation system, members and prospective members can book their workouts in advance. You can reserve spots at the gym in 60 minute increments for up to two hours per day.
No more waiting for room during peak hours! No more concerns about too many users in the gym!
No more questions about your health and safety!
There are two ways to book an appointment:
- Using the “Book A Workout” button in the bottom right hand corner of your screen
- Using your Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness member account on the MindBody platform (web or app)
