This class is specifically for those who have previously completed bags class and have received instructor approval.
If you have gloves, wraps and/or a mouthguard please bring them. Gloves are available at the front desk to borrow. However, these gloves are available for all and will not fit or be as sanitary as personal equipment.
All of our classes are part of the basic membership. This includes your FREE 7 day trial!
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with parental consent signed during liability waiver registration.
