I’m Coach Mars, a former collegiate athlete, competitive bodybuilder, and certified personal trainer with over 15+ years of experience in strength training, movement, and mindset coaching. More than just workouts, I help people achieve full body transformations through personalized fitness plans, nutrition coaching, and accountability. I know what it’s like to rebuild, refocus, and recommit, and I bring that same approach to every client I work with.

I focus on helping people lose weight, build strength, confidence, and consistency, with individualized programs that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to your lifestyle. You’ll not only reach your goals you’ll have the tools to maintain them long-term.

When I’m not training or coaching, you’ll likely find me chasing adventure whether that’s summiting one of Colorado’s 58 fourteeners, camping under the stars, or exploring backcountry OHV trails.
