Charis is a strength coach and ACE-certified personal trainer. She is a competitive powerlifter and USAPL certified coach, and much of her strength background comes from her specialty in Russian-style kettlebell training (RKC). She also has extensive background in Pilates (BASI), biomechanics (KMS), and correctives (FMS). Her education and experience allows her to not only help clients reach aesthetic and strength goals, but also to make sure they feel and move their best throughout their lives.
