Yin Style Yoga Classes
Oliver Vaughn’s classes welcome all levels and deliver the perfect balance of challenge, deep release, and recovery. As a strength coach and former powerlifter, Oliver knows the problem areas for lifters and builds a specific flow to balance those areas. His sessions blend mindful movement, targeted mobility work, and long-held restorative poses to help you move better, recover smarter, and stay strong on and off the platform.
These slow, grounding classes focus on deep stretching and extended holds that release chronic tension (especially in the hips, hamstrings, lower back, and shoulders), improve joint health, and calm the nervous system. Whether you’re a dedicated lifter looking to counteract the wear and tear of heavy training or simply want to unwind and restore balance, Oliver’s classes will leave you feeling looser, calmer, and ready for your next session.
YIN STYLE YOGA
A slow, restorative practice centered on long-held poses and deep, passive stretches. Release tightness, boost mobility, speed recovery, and quiet the mind. Ideal for strength athletes, desk workers, or anyone craving more flexibility and relaxation. All levels welcome — no previous yoga experience needed.

INSTRUCTOR: Britt Sotherden
Hybrid Hyrox-Style on the Turf
Led by Britt Sotherden, who specializes in firefighter functional fitness, VO2 max development, nutrition, and muscle building, this 60-minute hybrid conditioning class is built for performance.
Training takes place on the turf and blends functional strength with high-output cardio using squat racks, sled pushes, kettlebells, back treadmills, SkiErg, and row ergs. Expect structured interval training focused on endurance, conditioning, and total-body strength in a Hyrox-style format.
This class is ideal for athletes who want to improve work capacity, build functional strength, and train with purpose in a coached environment.

Hosted in the classroom, workouts use dumbbells, step trainers, mats, and strength equipment in a more controlled format than traditional HIIT. The focus is on lifting well, building muscle, and progressing safely through structured strength cycles.
This class is ideal for those looking to improve technique, increase strength, and follow intentional programming with clear progression.

Pilates HIIT Class
Lisa is a YTT 200 Yoga Instructor and an Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor. Her 60 minute total body workout combines Pilates fundamentals with high intensity interval training to tone and build muscle while increasing mobility. This is a mat based class that combines tabata training, HIIT, and targets core muscle groups to elevate your heart rate, burn fat and boost metabolism.
To prepare for class, please hydrate and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and your best self.

Handstands + Mobility
Led by Jess, who brings two decades of handstand practice and a 200-hour yoga teacher training certification, this class blends experience with a strength-driven, anatomy-informed approach to building confident inversions. This session combines targeted mobility work with focused handstand drills to create a strong foundation for getting upside down. Athletes will strengthen the wrists and shoulders, improve alignment awareness, and break down the mechanics of balancing on the hands in a way that feels accessible and sustainable.
Built for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, this class supports those working toward their first handstand as well as those refining control and line. You’ll leave stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your movement.

Barbell Gymnastics - Olympic Weightlifting Group
Meet us in the weight room every Sunday at 8am and join our Olympic Weightlifting group, led by veterans Sam Hickey and George Ganbold.
