INSTRUCTOR: Brenna Garrett

Vinyasa Yoga and Deep Stretch Yoga Classes

Brenna’s yoga classes will meet you where you are but challenge you in all the right ways. Build your strength, confidence, and flexibility with tradition and grace. Leaving the woo-woo at the door, everyone is welcome on the mat. 

Classes will typically be vinyasa-based (linking movement with breath) with elements of strength training and mobility work to aid the body in any recovery needed after a tough workout. 

Depending on the mood of class attendees, we can either move through a challenging yet fun workout together or relax and unwind, taking time to move through various poses that will let your stressful day melt away. We can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

Shoulder Mobility and Hip Mobility Classes

Allie is passionate about helping you reach your fitness goals by improving your joint health and resilience through mobility training. Staying injury-free is key to unleashing your full potential. With healthy joints, you’ll be one step closer to achieving your goals.

INSTRUCTOR: Katia Miller

45 Min. HIIT Class

Katia has been teaching group fitness classes (total body conditioning, 321 shred, body pump, HIIT, and Zumba) since 2012. Her HIIT class is made up of 3 circuits consisting of 12 exercises, 40 seconds on and 15 seconds off. These classes are designed to help you gain strength, power, and endurance. Come take a HIIT class with her and work up a sweat!

INSTRUCTOR: Jaden Ahrens

Vin-Yin Power Yoga Class

Jaden’s class is accessible to practitioners of all levels. The integration and surrender of the class focus on mobility and working into connective tissues. In the middle, alignment-based poses and synchronous breathing build strength and stamina.

This class is lighthearted, beginner-friendly, great in tandem with any other exercise regimen, and recommended at least once per week. Kickstart your day with a refreshing dose of Zen.

Barbell Gymnastics - Olympic Weightlifting Group

Meet us in the weight room every Sunday at 8am and join our Olympic Weightlifting group, led by veterans Sam Hickey and George Ganbold. Whether you have no experience or are a seasoned lifter, you’ll make new friends and refine your technique in the clean, jerk, snatch, and more. Elevate your weightlifting game with us!
