Hi, I’m Abby.

I believe that we can only show the path once we have walked the path ourselves.

This has driven me to be a forever student of life and movement, diving into the trenches of yoga, meditation, weight lifting, long distance running, fasting, all types of therapy, writing, dancing, literal hot and cold therapies, and more. I am grateful to have chosen many sports to master, and thank my young self for being so athletically driven as I have traveled a rewarding path of self-empowerment in regard to nutrition, body image, and human movement.

The result is my methodology and coaching practice—honed by the psychology background I received at the University of Michigan and the many courses I have taken since. I weave practices of movement, breathwork, meditation, mindset, nutrition, and connection into each and every one of my clients’ programs to create very holistic fitness and wellness lifestyle blueprints. I coach with voracious care and expect each client to meet the process with the same level of commitment and drive. When these energies meet, incredible, positive transformations happen! It isn’t magic–just dedication to being who you know in your heart you can be!
