I’m a personal Trainer in Denver, Colorado. I am passionate about helping people change their lives through functional strength training. I believe your every day life can be improved through movement and dedication. I meet you where you’re at – whether virtually or in-person, I use an individualized approach to help you achieve your goals. I’m not just a personal trainer, i also have: 3 years experience as a competitive Pro Tag athlete,Completed 20 half marathons + 3 full marathons, 10+ Years as a weight lifter,Worked in mental health for 10+ years, Am a parkour enthusiast.
When I’m not in the gym, running, doing parkour, or playing competitive tag, I love staying active and enjoying life with my dog, Baxter, my cat, Totoro, and my partner.
