I am Brandon Cavalier-Brancio – a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Behavioral Change Specialist with over 3800 hours of 1-on-1 coaching experience. Beyond my certifications, my fitness and wellness expertise stems from a diverse background in fitness encompassing over a decade of weight training experience, 6+ years of military service, 4 years of training and regular competition as an amateur strongman (ongoing), and extensive familiarity with post-clinical injury rehabilitation.

I am also actively pursuing my undergraduate degree, with a major in Biology and dual minors in Psychology and Chemistry. My studies provide me with a growing understanding of human anatomy and physiology, human behavior, and broader concepts of human health that I bring to my sessions and training methods. Beyond formal education, I’m also committed to ongoing self-directed study, constantly expanding my knowledge base across multiple disciplines to enhance my abilities as a trainer and coach. 

My mission is to assist individuals in attaining a wide array of fitness and training goals, ranging from simple weight loss and improved quality of life, to increased sports performance – and everything in between. Each training program is custom-tailored to address the unique objectives and needs of the individual, with my coaching style adapting to meet clients at their current stage of the fitness journey. I firmly advocate that quality movement and functional strength form the cornerstone of fitness for individuals across all backgrounds, and that all other fitness and performance goals should be built upon these foundations to ensure longevity.

In addition to providing fitness and training expertise, I also take a holistic approach and collaborate with clients to instill positive lifestyle changes that will assist them in meeting their goals – providing nutritional guidance, mindset coaching, and behavior change strategies for overcoming unhealthy habits and other obstacles. These positive lifestyle changes, combined with an intelligently designed training program, ultimately work to create lasting change. Together, they contribute to an increase in general health and well-being, better athletic performance, improved physical appearance, and overall greater quality of life.
