I am Brandon Cavalier-Brancio, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Beyond my certifications, my expertise stems from a diverse background in fitness encompassing over a decade of weight training experience, 6+ years of military service, ongoing training and regular competition as an amateur strongman, and extensive familiarity with injury rehabilitation.

My mission is to assist individuals in attaining diverse fitness and training objectives, ranging from simple weight loss and improved quality of life, to elevated sports performance, and everything in between. Each training program is custom-crafted to address the unique goals and needs of the individual, with my coaching style adapting to meet clients at their current stage of the fitness journey. I firmly advocate that proper movement and functional strength form the cornerstone of fitness for individuals across all backgrounds and that all other fitness and performance goals should be built upon these foundations to ensure longevity.

I also take a holistic approach and collaborate with clients to instill positive lifestyle changes that will assist them in meeting their goals, providing guidance ranging from basic nutritional advice to strategies for overcoming unhealthy habits. These positive lifestyle changes, combined with an intelligently designed training program, ultimately work to create lasting change across various dimensions. Together they contribute to an increase in general health and well-being, elevated athletic performance, enhanced physical appearance, and overall improved quality of life.
