Hi, I’m Yosef, a personal trainer and nutrition coach with a B.S. in Human Performance & Exercise Science from Adams State University and an array of certifications; I am always learning, so I’m continually building this list. What sets me apart is my unique and non-dogmatic approach to fitness – utilizing all kinds of equipment and modalities to keep training fun, effective, and sustainable.

I possess coaching experience across a diverse range of nine college sports teams. During my internship with the University of Denver Sports Performance Team, I had the privilege of working under the leadership of Matt Shaw, who was awarded the 2016 NSCA Assistant Strength Coach of the Year. Additionally, I have experience working with high school athletes, seniors, and special populations, including individuals with Down syndrome and traumatic brain injury.

Through my unique approach that emphasizes injury prevention and the enhancement of strength while addressing weaknesses, I am confident in my ability to assist you in reaching your goals. Together, we can create a well-rounded workout program that includes every essential element of fitness: strength training, cardio/conditioning, muscle growth, flexibility, mobility, power, and fat loss.
