Hi! I am Allie! As a trainer at RMFF, I specialize in strength training and have experience working with a variety of fitness goals, whether it’s building muscle, hitting personal records (PRs), weight loss, or improving overall functionality. 

One of my favorite things is making beginners feel right at home in the gym. I know firsthand how daunting it can be to step into a gym for the first time, which is why I’mdedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone. No judgment, just encouragement and guidance.

A little more about me, I am studying Nutrition and will be graduating with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics this spring. I am constantly working on my education and finding ways to be a better coach. I enjoy lifting myself, especially compound lifts!
