Who I work best with:

There are two versions of the person I work best with, and you tend to share one common trait: you’re already excellent at something else.

The first version of you identifies as a high performer, someone who cares about excellence and shows up that way in your professional, intellectual, and personal life. But somewhere along the way, you came to realize you’re still letting yourself down. You’ve placed your physical health on the back burner for far too long. You said you wouldn’t, but you did.

For you, the thought at the forefront of your mind isn’t just how good you can look. It goes deeper than that. You catch yourself wondering how good it would feel to walk around more physically capable. To carry the kind of presence you’ve been longing for, the kind you often see in others. When you look in the mirror, you want to be able to say, with full conviction, that you’re showing up the way you’ve always wanted to. Right now, there’s a gap in that space, and you’re ready to do something about it.

The second version of you takes training seriously. You carry an athlete’s mentality that doesn’t go away, and you bring it to everything you do. But you’ve hit a sticking point. You’re not looking for a generic coach or a templated program. You’re chasing excellence, and in that pursuit, you’re ready for professional help, someone in your corner to act as the operator so you can focus on execution. You want refinement: programming from a systematic macro view, movement quality, deliberate execution. The details matter.

What this partnership will looks like:

Week 1 is assessment. You’ll start training right away, but the first week is where I get to understand how you actually move. How you brace, how you breathe under load, where you compensate, where you’re restricted, and how your body responds across mobility, strength, and conditioning. That week gives me what I need to build a program that meets you where your fitness is, lines up with your bigger goal, and keeps you making progress without unnecessary risk.

Sessions run 60 minutes, fully programmed and fully coached. I won’t be floating around while you “just go through the motions” and scroll on my phone. You get my full attention the entire time. And fair warning, I’ve been told once or twice I’m a bit of a hoot to be around (as the kids would say). We’ll work hard, but we’ll have fun doing it.
This is a partnership, not a dictation. I’ll share the intent behind what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how it fits the bigger picture. You have every right to push back, ask questions, or share your preferences, and we’ll chop it up together.

Everything lives in one place. You’ll see your programming a week in advance and log every set in the coaching app. Connect any wearable (Oura, Apple, Garmin, etc.) and any nutrition tracker. Sleep, HRV, recovery, food, training load, all in one platform. Before each session, I’ll already have looked through your data so I know how you’re recovering and where you need adjustments. I’ll bring it up during the session because I want you to have what you need to succeed. That’s included. If you want deeper support between sessions, such as check-in calls, written reviews, or nutrition/mental performance coaching, we can talk about that as an add-on. Otherwise, you’re welcome to ask me anything when we’re together.

Investment:

Sessions are $125 each. Most clients train 2-4x per week.
Pricing reflects the depth of work involved. If you’re looking for general fitness or a templated plan, I’m not the right fit, and I’ll happily point you to someone who is.
